Mobile trolleys combining separate, independently thermostat-controlled bain-marie wells with refrigerated lower compartments (4° to 10°C), for meal services needing hot and cold holding in one unit. Stainless steel AISI 304 construction with polyurethane foam insulation, digital controls, and stamped guides for easy pan loading.
