Versitop with Gantry

Versitop with Heated Gantry & Screen, FTG1, FTG2, FTG3, FTG4

The modern alternative to traditional Bain Maries. These food warming units have tops inset with toughened glass Thermo-Panels. Each panel has built in heating elements which ensure evenly distributed heat over the full area. The surface temperature is automatically controlled to hold hot food at 90°C - 100°C. Each panel is 1/1 Gastronorm size. Also available without gantry.
