Cook-Serve Meal Service
A heated hot-cupboard compartment and a refrigerated compartment below a neutral flat top for flexible service, optimised for GN containers to keep food at the correct hot or chilled temperature during transport and service. P2HRG adds a quartz-heated gantry with an over shelf and full-front perspex screen; P2HR is the same unit without the gantry.
