As the P2GR, with a special compartment and pull-out rack holding up to 40 plates. A multi-fan oven (8 x GN1/1) sits above a refrigerated cupboard (3 x GN1/1 plus the plate rack), with a Neo-Ceram thermo-panel hot top for service.
