Dual Hot Cupboards with Neutral Plain Top, With or Without Gantry
Two heated hot-cupboard compartments and a neutral flat top for flexible service, optimised for GN containers to keep hot food at serving temperature during transport and service. P2HHG adds a quartz-heated gantry with an over shelf and full-front perspex screen; P2HH is the same unit without the gantry.

- 1/1 GN compatible — transfers straight to serving equipment or a companion trolley.
- Rotary heat control with digital displays; fan assisted hot cupboards.
- 8 shelf capacity in each hot cupboard (shelf pitch 71mm).
- Steam automatic evac system and hot cupboard door air curtains.
- 4 precision castors (2 swivel with brakes, 2 fixed), offset for a tight turning circle.
- Hi-Tech insulation; cool-to-touch doors with heavy duty hinges and a slam-catch seal.
- Wide choice of coloured front & end panels (standard: Goose Wing Grey).
