Dual Hot Cupboard with Bain-Marie Top, With or Without Gantry
Two heated hot-cupboard compartments below a dry-heat bain-marie top with fold-back lids that fold out to create an extended serving area, optimised for GN containers. P2HHBG adds a quartz-heated gantry with an over shelf and full-front perspex screen; P2HHB is the same unit without the gantry. No problematic water-scale issues or filling/draining — the bain-marie is dry heated.

- Steam automatic evac system and hot cupboard door air curtains.
- 4 precision castors (2 swivel with brakes, 2 fixed), offset for a tight turning circle.
- Hi-Tech insulation; cool-to-touch doors with heavy duty hinges and a slam-catch seal.
- Wide choice of coloured front & end panels (standard: Goose Wing Grey).
